Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

Because mailing supplies are designed for single-use and professional applications, we have specific return guidelines in place to ensure product quality and fairness for all customers.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened mailing supplies within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unmarked, and unopened

  • Products must be in original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of mailing products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used envelopes, labels, or packaging materials

  • Products with writing, printing, postage, or markings applied

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Certified mail supplies once packaging is opened

  • Clearance or final sale items


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

  • The incorrect item was shipped, or

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund, at our discretion.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Refunds may be reduced if returned items show signs of use or damage.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments


Bulk & Commercial Orders

Bulk orders, commercial quantities, or wholesale purchases may be subject to additional restrictions and may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before placing large orders if you have questions.
