New Account Agreement

Acceptance of this New Account Agreement by the customer shall constitute the customer’s agreement to all of the following terms and
conditions:

1. Limitation of Liability. Skymail International Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, mis-delivery, or delay, whether caused by carrier
error, weather, mechanical failure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Skymail International Inc.

2. FIM and Barcode Certification. Customer certifies that any business reply, courtesy reply, or metered reply cards or envelopes enclosed in
any mailing bear the correct Facing Identification Mark (FIM) and barcode as required by the United States Postal Service.

3. Address List Currency. Customer certifies that the zip codes contained in all mailing lists have been updated within six (6) months of the
date of mailing using a USPS-approved address update tool, in compliance with applicable USPS regulations.

4. Late Payment Interest. Customer agrees to an additional charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month on all account balances not
paid within fifteen (15) days after the due date, both before and after judgment, continuing each month until paid in full.

5. Default and Collection Costs. In the event of default by the customer, the customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable
attorney’s fees and court costs, whether or not legal proceedings are initiated.

6. Modification of Terms. No terms or conditions of this Agreement may be changed, waived, or modified except by the express written consent of an authorized officer of Skymail International Inc.

7. Payment Obligation. All sums due for services and/or postage, incurred for or on behalf of the customer, are payable to Skymail International
Inc., 1476 S. 3600 W., Salt Lake City, Utah 84104.
