Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or due to circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Rates

We offer zone-based shipping rates within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package size and weight

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Certain oversized or bulk mailing supplies may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by shipping zone and carrier. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control may occur.

Carrier selection depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
